IT Security Awareness Video

The UF IT Security Team is helping Educause promote an IT Security Awareness Video contest.
"The EDUCAUSE/Internet2 Computer and Network Security Task Force is conducting a contest in search of short computer security awareness videos developed by college students for college students. Winners will receive cash prizes, their videos will be featured on the Security Task Force Web site www.educause.edu/security, and the videos may be utilized in campus security awareness campaigns."

Cash Prizes:

  • Gold - $1000
  • Silver - $800
  • Bronze - $500

The videos can cover a variety of IT security topics, be three minutes or less and are targeted toward other college students.
