This workshop teaches about the changes to the UF IT Security Incident Response Procedures, Standards and Guidelines which were recently implemented by Dr. Hoit, UF VP for Information Technology.
This workshop covers the
importance of responding to
security incidents and how network and server managers can effectively
remedy
tickets in a timely manner. It also serves as an informative

A similar workshop was offered in June, prior to the implementation of the new privacy law, to cover a draft of the standard. This workshop covers the final revisions of the standard and additionally includes guest speakers to address other topics relevant to incident response.
